I am on my iPhone and iPad Pro. I have already downloaded the app however there is no place to create an account only login. When I try to login, hoping that it will take me to a spot to create an account it doesn’t. A few months ago, I had absolutely no problem burning FluxDVD's to disk. Then one day it failed to even try, and wanted me to sign into my account. I put in the login info, and it says the credentials are bad. I successfully reset the password, and it still won't let me sign in. Is there something wrong?

The downloading of the player is not restricted. Make sure that your firewall is properly configured and your browser allows you to download files from the Internet. The problems is that in some cases your browser refuses to download files until you add the site to the exclusion list. This is a security feature implemented to prevent hackers embed automatically script to download and execute malware.
Flux Player now indicates that link originally used for downloads is not working and I should remove the following newer link:7.1.0.7004.

The Flux Player you refer to reached version 2.1 and it's available for downloading from the link below. If it's a different application, then visit its official website through Help > About. Most developers place links to their homepage there as well.
